Fulfilling jobs in Calgary, proCall telephone agents are required to generate outbound calls and / or respond to inbound customer inquiries. Calgary jobs providing experience in sales and effective customer service produces staff with transferable skills for future job opportunities in Calgary Alberta. As an employee of proCall you are required to understand individual client campaign objectives and be able to communicate these objectives in a professional manner.
Two job shifts are available in Calgary. Day time shift hours run from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. Evening hours are from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Compensation for Calgary jobs is provided on an hourly basis with incentives for top achievers.
We are located next to the Calgary LRT: Suite 720 5920 Macleod Trail SW
